Collabor8te Membership (except Club Collabor8te)

Collabor8te is a collaborative workspace, designed to give businesses a place to work, meet and share resources with other businesses for the benefit of all. Our core values are openness and generosity, with members sharing not just space but ideas, knowledge and advice.

This Membership Agreement does not constitute a tenancy but a prepaid usage licence to use the provided office space and services on a monthly basis. This license will be automatically renewed each month for all memberships until notice is given or termination due to non- compliance of the terms of this agreement.

Guests – Visitors are welcome and indeed this is your space to hold meetings and work with colleagues. They are your guests however and should only be on site when you are booked into use the space, and leave when you do.

Your membership belongs to your company and any employee of your business can use it in your place, so long as we have prior notification and details of your nominated person(s) as part of this agreement or in writing at a later stage

Desks are booked online in advance, always. We only allow membership to reach the number of available hours available for the desks in our workspace so you are guaranteed to time at a desk up to the number of hours within your monthly package. Of course at peak times should you book late in the day, it is possible that you may not get your first choice time and/or date but this will be rare. Booking is first come first served and it’s important to be aware that you may not always be at the same desk.

For members who plan to work the same day/times each week, it is fine to book up to 4 weeks in advance but we do ask please that the desk is cancelled as soon as possible where not required. Members who continually book and don’t arrive to use the desk they have booked will forfeit the 4 weeks advance booking right.

Meeting Spaces are for the use of members only and can also be booked online in advance. Available on a first come first served basis for meetings and/or private conversations, not another working space. We operate a ‘fair use’ policy and members are requested to treat meeting spaces with consideration and only book the time needed, and choose the appropriate sized room for your needs.

Keyholders are deemed to be any person who takes possession of keys to Collabor8te. As such Key-holders must acknowledge and accept responsibility for the security of the main entry door and spaces there accessed. The key-holder is expected to secure the building when either they believe they are the last person on the premises or any time after 6pm. Key-holders must sign the key-holder agreement and pay a £50 deposit which will be forfeit should keys be lost.

We provide printing machine members can access from their computer and/or phone. To make sure their printing is secure and nobody has access to it, they need to use a delayed printing function and activate printing at the moment they stand at the machine.
